I would highly recommend Debbie to anyone interested in working with a realtor! From the very beginning, I felt that Debbie listened when I described the type of house I was looking for and the price range that I needed to stay within. I found Mick to be extremely prepared and aggressively positive - which is what I wanted in my agent. He had excellent suggestions in prepping the home for sale, which I evaluated, and for the most part, enacted. The property I had for sale, was a lakefront winner, and I was very generous in my counteroffers - which was a great combination of effort.
