We spent 3 years looking for the correct house for us in the Lake Geneva area, Stacey helped us the whole time and by the time we found our house our trust in Stacey had grown to the point that we purchased the house on Stacey's word and looked at a week after the offer was made and we are very happy with our decision

Kristin was wonderful... She goes above and beyond to help you get what you want. I wouldn't use anyone else. Even when we were about to give up with getting the loan she gave us the name of yet another institution to try and it worked out wonderfully. Kristin amazed me. Above and beyond my expectations by far. Professionalism all the way. I only wish I could use her in other states other than Wisconsin. She took care of everything needed, also was there during the home inspection, and for every other details.

Kristin started with us approx 5 years ago when we started looking into Lake Geneva real estate. Over that time we looked on several occasions at various properties which she graciously made arrangements for out of state customers such as us. Karen was contacted through Zillow regarding a property and quickly responded. She organized a showing of the property as well as several others in the immediate area. She was very open throughout the process and even provided the name/contact info for the contractor who had done work on the property we were interested in purchasing in case we had questions about any of the rehab he had done. We were definitely happy with our experience in working with Karen and would do so again in the future.

Debbie Cobian is the go to realtor in the Lake Geneva area. She is knowledgeable about the area and really listens to what your parameters are your future purchase. She responds quickly and effectively to questions, any concerns, and to any issues in the process of making an offer. I have highly recommended her to several of my friends who are interested in moving to Lake Geneva.
