Helping out someone I know that never starts trouble and always try to follow the rules to the t. So how can you punish someone who never known of or heard typically of a rule. That came out also I've been told her that the females out there show favorites especially to the male donators due to the fact those are the ones they be trying to see at times. But the rules should be somewhere. But it's not and you couldn't show it to her where it said that. Well response please............

Like I said I'm try to figure out where in the rules that someone cannot close their eyes in the lobby area not plugged up to the machine not during a donation but in lobby and while waiting for a nurse to come back to do her job. So I guess kedplasma not only need to retrain their staff but also I they need to retrained Google because it looks like they're not aware of the updated changes.

Kedplasma I guess they do as they please when they please. Don't surprise me this is why I don't donate feel bad for the one that does. Just remember because you need cash they also need you and your plasma. Stand up and be heard when be treated unfairly.
