Staff are nice but insanely slow. Came in one day, had my Express Pass, but instead didn't use it because there were only three other people there. I waited for 1.5 hours just to check in!!! Other times, you will get called back quick but then sit there for 20 minutes while the girls sit around and talk and your waiting to hook or unhook. The staff are great when they do their job, but the only intention they move with is intending to be slow. It's arguably worth it depending on if you value your time.
Love it don't mind helping out or save someone healthy needs great place in heart .
