The doctor was great! The billing department is horrible. With every single bill I had to call and give them my daughters Medi-cal. Then she passed away and they couldn’t figure out how to back bill Medi-cal even though she was covered at the time. Medi-cal offices have assured me that taking us to collection when we had covered benefits is illegal but they have done it anyway. Instead I being able to deal with the loss of my child and handling my other kids I get to deal with them now.
THEY SAVE MY UNCLE'S LIFE GOD BLESS YOU ALL EVER AN FOREVER 🙏
