I was invited to meet with Department Heads January 9, 2019. Paul Craig, Josh Charles Hyatt, Brooke Baldwin-Rodriguez and Kaitlin Alderet were there. I showed them an IV left in my husband's wrist, I discussed being discharged with a 40 minute advance notice, I showed them "Hosptial Dishcarge" spelled wrong on correspondence from Rod Hanners office, how my husband couldn't get a cup of water and a million other things..and you know what?
