I always feel well taken care of when I come to my aappointment's. The Doctors take the time to explain and look into the problem I am having. The Lab technician'are alway pleasent and concerned to make my experience easy and painless. The staff starting with the Reception area to the parking attendent are courteous and polite,I always come away happy and would recommend Keck Hospital to anyone. Thank you for your service!

Bad Day! Dr. Chen called away on emergency. My wife had 3:30 Apt. We live 70 miles away. Did that long drive in bad traffic and never saw the dr.

KECK USC has been wonderful to my mom and our family. Dr Kaiser has been God sent and is so caring and knowledgeable on Colecterol Cancer. My mom adores him, and trusts his opinions and him as a surgeon. The whole staff day and or night are wonderful and very caring and professional. Very good experience.
