This was my daughters 3rd surgery at Keck USC. I was more than impressed with the whole staff. Every member of the staff that I met were helpful, kind, and compassionate. This includes Dr. Liker, all the doctors, the nurses, and the entire staff I encountered yesterday. You are all to be commended. Thank you
Doctors are great. The nurses care really stinks. So far they've showed no care or empathy at all after my wife had surgery. Had to call a nurse supervisor who had to get a hold of the charge nurse on the floor just to get medication For my Wife's vomiting and pain. Three hours after the doctors came in this morning and said they would change your medication and give her something for nausea. Nothing still have been done. She called them three times and nobody came into her room.
