This is for service. Worked with Tim each time my Mustang needed service. Last time it cost a small fortune but it was done on time and so far so good - it was the part that cost a lot, labor was reasonable. Have had good service there each of my visits. Now I'm waiting to see if he can get Ford to help me with the hood corrosion that's plague many of my generation of Mustang... Regardless Kearny Pearson is a SD Mustang Club sponsor and they have my recommendation for any Ford service need.
The dreaded wrench light came on in my 2011 Fusion. Brought it in at 10:30 am and fixed by 12:30 -- throttle something. Warranty repair so no charge. I have to say, these folks have been awesome every time I bring my car in for service. Thanks Tony for the great customer service.
I bought my 2013 Ford Fusion (previously used) here 2 years ago. They treated me with courtesy and professionally every step of the way. One star supposed to be 0 star. Came here today and dealt with the car we want but since we're paying cash they did not give us a better deal. So we left and went to another car dealer and this dealer keeps calling me and now wants to do business with us. So I talked to their guy on the phone and we go back and forth with pricing and while we are in the same dealer in Carslbad which is giving us a good deal. AMAZING customer service! I'm not a dealership girl- wasn't a dealership girl. But now I am! Tim was my service manager and was super pleasant and knowledgable. EVERYONE was! I came in today and want to say I am pleasantly surprised. I dealt with a person (service department) named Juan 2 times and he was absolutely amazing. I was in and out in 2 hours and it was 100% stress free! Thank you!
