Even though I didn't have an appointment yesterday, it was a long waiting period until someone finally came to attend me. In the past, I brought in my Ford Fusion for service without an appointment & I didn't have to wait too long to get attended to. Also they didn't finish the service/repair on my car until after 5pm. The worse part of the day, was when the service advisor showed me all the repairs my car needed and how much it would cost.
