Took my car in for regular maintenance. Had no issues with the car. However, upon leaving, we now have a problem. When we took it back, the service writer (Adam) was useless. He refused to acknowledge that anything had happened & wanted to charge us almost as much for the prior service to correct their mistake. I complained on their Contact Us page and have not received a response. If you like getting a brush off from service & management, this is the place for you. Unless they change something, we won’t be back.
We had an appointment for 10 am to have our edge looked at by the service department. At 4 we messaged them to find out they hadn’t even looked at at yet! 6 hours to finally pull our vehicle in to look at it! Why make an appointment then? Seems they over booked there own service department, guess the bottom line is more important than the customer!
RecommendedWe have 3 cars with them. Need i say more? Service center works hard and they do a great job. Shout out to all those guys and gals!
After we stormed out of Carmax, we cruised over to Kearny Pearson Ford, and met with Anthony Lacey... The guy from beginning to end made sure we were happy with our purchase. We walked away happy and highly recommend everyone go see Anthony & Eli.

Listen. If you’re going here to buy a car just ask for Dennis Gerger. Dude is a straight shooter and won’t jerk you around. Seriously. Walk up and say “I’m here for Dennis”.
Took my GT350 in for an oil change. Julio was my service rep. He was very friendly and knew about the car. That gave me a good feeling about the dealership and I’ll be going back for all my service needs. I only gave it 4 stars because I got there at 7am and the coffee machine was not working correctly. Gotta have coffee that early.
