We are one of many Kansas City barbeque restaurants around the city but unlike most we still serve barbeque in that true KC tradition. And by Kansas City tradition we simply mean that we are preparing our barbeque and food products today as it has been done in the midwest for over 100 years! Overall, simplicity is the key word in our operation. To this day, the atmosphere and cooking methods have virtually remained unchanged, evoking a pleasant step back in time and memories of fantastic BBQ.

I haven't ate here for 5 years and it will probably be another 5 years before I eat here again. First, I got a large brisket sandwich for $10. Nothing came with the sandwich. So I thought, $10 for a sandwich it must be top notch. NOPE! Just the opposite. The brisket had no smoke flavor and the brisket tasted like roast beef☹️ Second, I also ordered a pulled pork sandwich and it was low on flavor. Once again, hardly any smoke flavor.
