We are one of many Kansas City barbeque restaurants around the city but unlike most we still serve barbeque in that true KC tradition. And by Kansas City tradition we simply mean that we are preparing our barbeque and food products today as it has been done in the midwest for over 100 years! Overall, simplicity is the key word in our operation. To this day, the atmosphere and cooking methods have virtually remained unchanged, evoking a pleasant step back in time and memories of fantastic BBQ.

Good BBQ Ribs, Sausage, Mac & Cheese, and Cajun Potato Salad. BIG C!

Being Texans that moved to Colorado, on our recent cross country trip we were eager to try KC bbq. The ribs were very good, bbq sauce tasty, but for us everything was a little dry and too much pepper but still excellent.
KC Baby Back Ribs was amazing! The ribs were fall off the bone perfection! I couldn't decide which of the BBQ sauces were my favorite because they were all great! The cheesy corn was thumbs up from the kid! We know where we will be getting our BBQ on next time we come through!!
