We are one of many Kansas City barbeque restaurants around the city but unlike most we still serve barbeque in that true KC tradition. And by Kansas City tradition we simply mean that we are preparing our barbeque and food products today as it has been done in the midwest for over 100 years! Overall, simplicity is the key word in our operation. To this day, the atmosphere and cooking methods have virtually remained unchanged, evoking a pleasant step back in time and memories of fantastic BBQ.

really good but where's the fries
We have been here a few times, and we keep coming back! We absolutely love the ribs, and the family meals are an amazing deal!!
Great place to stop off at when in town. Real good KC style BBQ and the sides are amazing. All of the meat here is wonderful, sauces are on the table but not really needed. You owe it to yourself to try all of them however. Will be back.
My husband and I loved our food. Pulled pork was great and the baked beans was wonderful! The waitress was very sweet! We will be back!
We had rack of ribs, sausage, pulled pork and beans. All meats were good. Ribs are best we have had! Beans were ok. Beans had good flavor, but are plain... They have great meats! If they added chopped burnt ends, onions and peppers to the beans, they would go from 5 to 10! If beans would have been better, I would have given 5 stars. If your in Oak Grove, I do recommend eating there.

Very tasty BBQ.The burnt ends were very tender and good! It's definitely worth the short drive.
