We are one of many Kansas City barbeque restaurants around the city but unlike most we still serve barbeque in that true KC tradition. And by Kansas City tradition we simply mean that we are preparing our barbeque and food products today as it has been done in the midwest for over 100 years! Overall, simplicity is the key word in our operation. To this day, the atmosphere and cooking methods have virtually remained unchanged, evoking a pleasant step back in time and memories of fantastic BBQ.

KCBBR catered a client outing for our company today. The brisket, pork, ribs couldn’t have been any better!! Cheesy corn and beans were solid as well! Thanks KCBBR!
My first time trying Cajun potatoe salad.....loved it! The server was super nice and it was great talking with her. Thank you. I will come back if I pass through again.
when arby's can make a more tender brisket it is a sad day! the sweet bbq sauce I asked for had no sweet just heat. moldly lemon poppy seed bread on shelf should have been my first sign. on a positive note the mac and cheese was the best I ever had.
prices are too high. food has good flavor. staff is freindly.

The baby back ribs and pulled pork w/coleslaw tacos were wonderful.
The pulled pork and ribs were absolutely amazing...even without bbq sauce, though their sauces are also outstanding. Wasn’t a fan of the brisket as it was more like a roast beef to me, but overall great experience...will definitely stop again. It’s also located right next to a Petro truck stop, so short walk for truckers.

We had the ribs coleslaw and baked beans Friday night at your Sedalia location excellent! The ribs were wonderful, moist & very flavorful. The beans were to die for! Will definitely be back!!
