I am a first time renter and they knew that and didnt make it clear about the cost of the deposit before I paid 40 for the application both my mom and I because she was gonna co sign for me and she didn't wanna give me a refund even though they didnt tell me this beforehand. 2000 for a first payment is ridiculous and so is 40 for an app.
I am shocked by the bad reviews . These ladies have gone above and beyond for us. respond quickly and They have helped us so much even with other issues they have helped us . They are very honest too . Thank you KBK for all your extra help when we were scrambling to get a place. You have been amazing Jen
