Everyone in the office, from Yazmina (receptionist) to Nurse Paula and Dr. Rao showed genuine care and compassion in handling the patient. They took time (not rushing through the appointment) to examine all issues and complaints and developed a sound plan of treatment and follow-up.
The MD and her office staff cannot figure out how to open a document from a pharmacy so I am now out of my medication refill.
