Very disrespectful, rude and a liar. She didn't seemed concerned about my situation and conditions AT ALL!!!!! She continuously over talked me and told me " Don't argue with me when I'm talking". Very unprofessional! I was trying to talk to her and she opened the door in the middle of me talking. I asked her several times to please close the door so i can finish what i had to say. She replied each time i asked that she was going to get someone else and what else is there to talk about. VERY RUDE
Dr. Rao is an outstanding physician. She spends the time that is needed with her patients, both personally and medically. The care that my mother has been receiving from Dr. Rao on a scale of 1 to 10 would be a 10 plus. I have full trust in her decisions in the care of my mother. Thank You Dr Rao!!!!
My name is William R. McLaughlin and I want to thank Dr. Rao for all of her assistance regarding my mom. Dr. Rao not only met our family's expectations, but substantially exceeded them. Our mother was admitted to Largo Medical Center for various complications. Dr. Rao continuously visited my mom and provided guidance to myself and family. The medical industry has dramatically changed over the past few years. However, Dr. Rao demonstrates that our country still has GREAT medical practitioners!
Dr. Rao is extremely egotistical and completely unconcerned about her patients' health. Her staff is rude and unprofessional, she refuses to talk to patients unless they come in to the office. Paula and Victoria both listen to respond rather than to hear, and Dr. Rao's ego is too big to allow her to even listen, "that's why she has staff". Do not use this doctor as your primary care.
I recommend anyone going to this Dr.is good as she takes her time and explains everything. Mina is just an amazing and so sweet, answers any of my questions and helps me maximum to her extent and thankx Mina and also thankx to the Dr.Kavita Rao.....I will be a doctor one day and will be leaving soon Tampa, florida soon to apply for my residency match.... but truly speaking I am not going to be deal whom i am not comfortable with who ever it is in this office except Mina unless in her absence!
In all my years, she is the most CARING and thorough Doctor I have ever been to. You might have to wait a little bit, but it's because you are not on the traditional assembly line. She has a lovely staff as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Rao.
For the first time in years I have some answers, might not be what I wanted to hear but I asked for honesty and I got it! I just felt at ease, first time in ages, no cure but she will help mDd the toad as best as possible ! God Bless her! Staff great! They know what they are doing and have been eith dr. For 8 years! Great family! I would reccomend Dr. Rao to everyone.
