Dr. Rao is very compassionate and really spends the time talking with you and ensuring that you feel cared for. Most offices I have been to previously made me feel like I was just a number. Having Dr. Rao as my physician makes me feel like I am heard and respected. I would definitely recommend her to friends/family.
I have NEVER had a doctor who listened so attentively, responded so thoroughly and followed up so quickly. She and her staff do an outstanding job of insuring that all my medical concerns are known to all involved, addressed and brought to complete resolution. I even got called with test results from other doctors often BEFORE the ordering office knew they were in. Im thrilled to call Dr. Rao my primary care doctor
Very thorough and great attitude
I have been a patient of Dr. Rao's for 8 years. I am very picky about my doctors. She has always been a good doctor. She listens and has always taken the time to explain anything I have a question about. I have recommended her others who have switched to her.
Very in schedule to appointments, every time I showed up and was anywhere to an hour to 2 hrs wait time for my appointments. Very poor communication, unable to setup doctor request tests. Had to take care of myself. Very bad with insurance payment information. Would never refer and or go back
I would not recommend her to anyone at anytime, she will put you into insurance hell!!! she does not care about you the patient, rather that of her own financial gain.
Fabulous MD Dr Rao is one of the few MD that takes the time to diagnosis your medical condition and doesn't just treat the symptom and send you on your merry way not knowing whats wrong. I went to multiple hospitals and physicians but she found out what was wrong and now I'm living proof and can manage my daily life. The staff is very helpful and the practice can get quite busy so you may have to wait. I give this Medical Office 5 stars
This person, kavita rao, does not respect the patients that go there, she insulted my wife and I within 5 minutes of meeting us!! then she actually said she would not give me a referral for morton plant hosptial even though she claims she is affiliated with them. she even said if you do not do it my way you will not do it at all!! she will never get any recommendation if she was the last doctor on earth....DO NOT GO THERE.....
Dr K. Rao is a great caring person who I feel genuinely cares deeply about her patients. I needed a new PCP after moving from Nevada and she took great care of me. I knew I needed my medications needed adjusting and we talk it over and made them. I am feeling better than before and am thankful she took the time with me. Some Doctors offices have a wait time and this office is no exception.
