I was very upset about the staff in this office. they were very rude and couldnt answer them in a friendly way. Gave time as 12:00 and if went early should wait until that time to meet the doctor. Not responsive . Overall my visit was bad and planning to shift to another doctor.

For simple Vitamin D3 deficiency they made us a follow up visit rather than letting us know about it.Since this vitamin is available over the counter.

worst doctor I ever saw. never see this doctor. My baby suffered like anything. she does not care. only care about the money she gets. stay away from her. her staff is dam rude and illiterate.
the office serive is worst ....Dr is not really bad but its frustrating at times .....once i saw a child had so much cold and couldnt breath was asked to wait so long as a patient i offered for child to go ahead but they were so rude and it didnt matter to them ....strange
Very good doctor - efficient and effective. Ready to answer all your questions. My both kids go to Dr. Bupathi and I have never had any issues with scheduling or treatment/diagnosis. Staff is also very helpful. The wait time sometimes may be a little more than normal. Overall, I am happy with the doctor.
There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. FRONT OFFICE IS RUDE
