Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? No, no one seemed to notice I was there Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Not at all! They were boring and outdated

Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this pediatrician's office? They were average Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left

Was this pediatrician friendly? I didn't feel very welcome Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this pediatrician's office? They were average Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations? Kind of. They were able to answer a couple but not all

Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent? Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive

1. Dr.Bupathi is the best pediatrician I have a 5 month old and being first time parent I have many questions and very much concerned about my baby s health. She patiently answers to all my question and explains everything in detail . She is very friendly and understanding. I feel very comfortable with her. There is waiting time in her office, but according to me every Dr’s office has wait time. But trust me the wait in Dr Bupathi’s office is worth it because you get the best service.

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Do you trust this pediatrician to always have your child's best interest in mind? Absolutely! I trust them over any other doctor
