The clinic overcharges for visits, medications, and other services, and then refuses to provide prescriptions to be filled elsewhere! The absolute worst service I have received from ANY provider of any type. They don't care about you or the health of your pet! All they care about is taking more of your hard-earned money while doing absolutely NOTHING for it! Their refusal to provide our prescription to the pharmacy now means that my dog will not be able to receive her medication on time! Absolute malpractice!!
Stop trying to soak people for every cent they have with unneeded tests. One of their vets would not help my cat unless he ran 300-1500 in tests ... I brought him to a different vet in their clinic. He skipped the tests and gave him a 20 dallor steroid shot and it fixed his issue.
RecommendedDr.Biese is the best! He has always taken great care of our dogs. God Bless him and the friendly staff. Rob Ransom
I recently lost my first baby Cyrus. He was a bearded dragon, only 4 months old when he passed. I want to recognize Anita who answered the phone when I had to ask her about cremation for my love, she was the sweetest about it all and even sent me a card. Really warms my heart to know the staff is caring and I’m glad that he was in good hands. Thank you again Anita 😌❤️
Such a wonderful place, they helped us with our aging very sick dog. Not only was it compassionate..after it was over they sent us a beautiful card with our dogs 🐾 print. Thank You.
The most compassionate care comes from the Kaukauna Vet Clinic! They care about you as well as your pet! Dr. Laritson has been our vet for the past 18 years and has never let us down! The entire staff is awesome and caring. They took care of us when our beloved Sunnie died at home two weeks ago. I went there before the clinic opened and they instantly took care of me! If we get another pet, we will be back at Kaukauna Veterinary Clinic!!!!
The staff at the Kaukauna Vet are the best - from walking in the door to seeing one of the doctors! I absolutely love them and can feel their compassion for us humans and our babies.
Prompt care! Never a long wait. They have been my veterinary clinic for 36 years! Always got me in on short notice and emergencies! They saved my Clovers life and I will never forget that! They are the best!!!
We rescued a just about 4week old kitten from a farm where they were going to “remedy” any left. The kitten wasn’t going to the bathroom and no vet in the valley could get us in until August! Until I talked to Anita! She spoke to Dr. Biese and got us in that Monday (this was Friday). She was on the phone with me answering questions and calling me back AFTER her shift ended.
