The doctors and staff at KVC always go above and beyond. Recently my dog had some complications during a procedure, and not only did they give my dog the best care possible, but also kept me in the loop throughout the day. They had great follow up and were also exceptionally fair with billing. I can't say enough about them!
I'm still trying to figure out how you mistake a distemper shot with euthanasia drug. I'm also still wonder why your employee's discourage anyone from adopting a mixed breed of cat or dog because they are considered "defective". Not a 5 star clinic and frankly, I hope they get closed.
Sophie really likes her doctor and I really like this Clinic. They have flexible hours for those of us who work during the day. Excellent treatment from all staff, modern care and treatment options. I really like Sophie's vet and how he treats her.
The staff has been very kind and patient with Fluffy and me over the last few years. Today proved they are a special kind of people for doing what they did to help care for Fluffy. 110% recommended! I'm thankful to have been able to have Fluffy taken care of.
My cat family has always received the absolute best of care. I have seen compassionate care when my pet have been healthy and when I have had to deal with end of life care. Dr Rosebo takes the time to explain all the options so I can make well informed decisions. When I email the office, they respond promptly. When I call, they do their best to fit me in. My cats have the BEST caring for their health and dental needs❤️���

I just brought our puppy here for the 1st time today. Staff was amazing, very friendly! Lily saw Dr. Gagnon & he was very informative & great with Lily! We will be switching Lily's older sister Cali to Kaukauna Vet for her future appointments. Thank you for the wonderful pet service!
I have been bringing my furry family members to KVC for over 20 years and they are always friendly and kind but the other day showed me just how much they care. The new love of my life is a very scared 4 year old springer named Cooper who never lived in a house until he found us in March. He lived with 40 other Springers in a barn until he was 3 and was finally rescued. He is very timid and scared of new things and people. Had our first Wellness Check this week! From the moment we walked in the door, the staff was VERY friendly and accommodating! Dr. Biese was full of information and gave us a handout to remind us of things we may forget. Our little Westie got soo much attention and affection from all the staff!! Dr Biese took as much time as we needed to answer our questions and examine Kelsie. There was no "get us in and out ASAP", we were very impressed with the whole experience!! Will recommend KVC to anyone needing exceptional vet care!!
