Horrible place! would NOT recommend it at all!
Horrible... Horrible... Horrible .. My daughters Apt this morning was 9:15 we arrived at 9:15! Dr Culligan was up at the desk when we arrived and I heard him tell the receptionist if his next patient shows up he is not seeing her. I said well um that would be us and he made a comment back- well show up on time for your appointments very rudely. Really, I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The doctors are good, but the reason I hate it is because they care more about money than they do their patients. I get it’s a business but damn, we are talking about a tiny amount so that they would release medical records so my husband can get his short term disability. $45 dollars apparently is too much money to risk.
It's not about patient care, go elsewhere if at all possible. You'd be better off going to the kaukauna veterinarian clinic.
Dr. Culligan and his staff are the best!! Glad I found them! Always takes great care of me! Receptionists are always super friendly!
