Everyone there were so nice and compassionate, they listened to my concerns, and validated my needs as a patient. I would definitely recommend coming here if you have any allergy related issues.
It is impossible to speak with a human at this office. They refer all calls to a bot. I've been trying for a week and a half to get an answer about a prescription prior authorization that requires discussion with the clinical staff, but they do not provide an option to have a conversation with a person, only the bot.
Dr Kaufman is very thorough and competent. The office processes however are not consistent or standard, which is super concerning to me. For example, when I had a significant reaction to a shot, one nurse would say it’s fine while another would immediately raise concern with the Dr. I reached out to Dr Kaufman to express my concerns about patient safety in general and my safety in particular. She didn’t answer.
