i went in for pet and environmental allergies, somehow left with no answers to that and an appointment for an “antibiotic challenge” because i briefly mentioned i had a reaction to amoxicillin (all medical offices ask about medication allergies so i thought this was just routine) and dr.eghari simply could not believe i could possibly be allergic. i literally do not care for that allergy or not allergy, i am here for pet and pollen allergies for gods sake. just creating problems i dont have in order to get me to waste money ... read more
I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. During my allergy test, the staff member initially changed gloves, then handled and kept what appeared to be hazardous medical waste, and continued the test without changing gloves again. This is not acceptable from a hygiene and safety standpoint. Additionally, I had a phone appointment scheduled in the morning. When they called, I was told that I needed to make a payment. We had our first appointment w Kaufman allergy (we saw Dr. Kaufman) and the experience was top notch every step of the way. I filled out online paperwork and was contacted within about 36 hours, offered a few different scheduling options and chose one that well fit our needs. Dr. Kaufman saw my son, so she see pediatrics. We filled out all of our paperwork ahead of time so checkin was a breeze and we were escorted back pretty quickly within time of our appointment.
