I had a televisit with Elaine. This was our first time meeting. She was very patient, listened and answered questions. I felt very comfortable talking with her.
About a year ago, I scheduled a new patient visit for allergy testing. A day before the appointment, an automatic text was sent to me asking to confirm or reschedule. I asked to reschedule to a more convenient time and never heard back. Since then, this clinic has been harassing me over a $300 late cancellation fee. This app is not great. I would have preferred an online booking without so much back and forth. The pay structure seems less than transparent and the tele-visit price and requirement might make sense to you, but not to your customers. We are exploring other allergist because of the reasons above.
