I'll admit that when I see the Katy Trail Ice House truck I give a big raspberry. Because a few years back I was attempting to park in the Asel Art Supply parking lot to pick up some art supplies. Imagine my surprise when I saw the Katy Trail Ice House valets using the parking lot! They had that parking lot so full I couldn't find a spot. When I drove into the first lane of the parking lot, I ended up having to back out because they had cars parked all the way to the edge of the lot.
