Really laid back. Tasty food and good service. Couldn't ask for a better place to kick back.
Good environment but there's a guy walking around like he's the king of the world. We asked him where we could get food and he was super sarcastic and very unhelpful. He was walking around yanking blankets off of people and completely killed the vibe of the place.
The guy at the door kicked my girlfriend out because she brought her dog. Dog friendly? I don't think so.
Beautiful setting, great service and excellent food!!! See for yourself! Don't believe these "crazies" with posting anything otherwise!
Kicked out after three beers over two hours. Meanwhile several more affluent folks were overlooked for serious drunkeness.

Very disappointed in the customer service. This is a place my friends and I frequent and understand how crowded it can be. Understanding that, we arrived at 4:15 on Friday to get a table. However, around 6:15 a sign was taped on our table that said our table we had been sitting at for 2 hours was reserved at 7:00. No prior warning. No manager appearance to explain the disturbance. My first time at the Katy Trail Ice house was average. The food and atmosphere were great! Our service was terrible. Our waitress didn't give a crap about us, so we didn't give a crap about her tip. Your welcome.
