Disappointed in the TV selection for the place. You're telling me that Baylor needs 9 screens while another Big 12 school (WVU) gets shut out when playing a good opponent. No offers even made to change 1 of the screens....Probably lost a customer

This place is the WORST ever!!!! Staffing is rude not welcoming or informative at least to first timers. You can pretty much tell when its someones first time somewhere... You would think that there would be a different approach due to the location but of course perhaps caters to customers appearance. ordered a burger and was AWFUL! Blood every where had to throw away. I understand under cooked but RAW is a different story.
Sucks. My first and last time here. All thanks to your wonderful waitress and her "customer service". If I wanted rude I could've went to Dicks Last Resort. Most definitely will NOT be sending my friends here. Also you guys should take into consideration people that are disabled or handicap. Seating is awful.
Cool place to hang out and catch a cold one. Ton of local beers on tap. Fun place to kick after walking the Katy trail.
Wish I was there now.. Ice cold beers!

hot tempered waitresses that treat you with little respect. never had worst experience with a waitress or table service. watch out for C.C. otherwise, ice house is the best. Great times there.
