I've been a patient at the FC for several years and have only good things to say. I've worked with multiple staff members as well as both doctors, and most all of my experiences have been positive. If I have questions, I usually get a response within the hour via email or the pt portal, and their staff have always been patient with me when I've had multiple questions. Dr. Donesky and his staff were extremely easy and professional to work with! Each time I contacted them with questions, whether it was via phone call, email or in person, I received immediate, professional attention. I can't say enough about their level of service!
I still can't believe the difference! The staff is awesome, very caring, and Dr. Bird is so easy to talk to. He really listened to my concerns and offered different options and allowed ME to make the decision. I love this office!
