The reason I give 1 star is not related to the service, until now I was very happy and grateful. What I didn't like at all is that when I was on my way to my appointment, due to bad weather the traffic was completely stopped, I called before my appointment time to tell them that I was late, they told me that they could wait 15 minutes for me, maximum 20 and I told the person at the reception that I couldn't arrive at that time.
