I've seen Dr. Duncan for two entirely separate incidents now (severe TMJ flare-up and now a spinal injury due to a slipping incident over the winter), and both times, she's been fantastic to work with. I love that her style is "soft touch" or "light touch", meaning more like gently guiding the bones to where they're supposed to be rather than whipping or snapping them into place. This is very important to me, especially with all of the arthritis I have going on.

R-E-L-I-E-F For several months, I was suffering from numbness and burning sensation on the right side of my neck, ear, nose and face. After visits to many doctors and specialists I was told I had a pinched nerve behind my neck. She is OK. She is OK. She does not provide courtesy evaluation. In my opinion, there are others who spend more time on your problem.

Works Wonders! I was having issues with my neck and shoulders, but did not want to go to a normal chiropractor. Soft Touch is great, because it's just that- a soft touch! Dr. Duncan worked with me and got rid of the pain and muscle problems I was experiencing in my neck and shoulders. My first few visits were covered by my insurance. I then later lost that coverage, but continued my appointments because the cost was very reasonable. Soft Touch was recommended to me and I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.
