Kathryn did an amazing job selling our home quickly and for our asking price exactly. My husband was transferred out of the state while leaving me to handle the sale. Let me just start by saying Kathryn is awesome. Although I was unable to work with her, I would highly highly recommend her. She is a hard worker, kind and very dedicated to helping find exactly what you are looking for. She worked around my schedule and would always email me with new listings, and was fair and honest when it came to looking at properties. If it wasn't for her, I would know very little about the home buying process. She is a great person as well as real-estate agent. Don't hesisate when picking her.
Gary and Kathryn helped us purchase our home in November, 2016. They are an exceptional real estate team--knowledgeable negotiators, easy to work with, thorough. They quickly return calls and answer questions. While getting ready to deliver her baby, Kathryn phoned us from the hospital to provide a quick update on our negotiations! Kat helped us buy our home in Virginia Beach and it was a great experience. She helped us search multiple neighborhoods over several months and then helped us navigate a very quick offer when we finally found the right house. Everything went very smoothly with closing, no last minute issues or mistakes.
The best!! Kathryn is awesome. She helped us purchase a home and was very patient with us. We searched for 7 months and she was always patient, never pressured us, and we loved her honesty.
