We just moved to the area from San Diego and needed to find a reliable realtor. I contacted Kathryn via Zillow and she called me within minutes. Kathryn was extremely responsive, flexible, and patient throughout our house hunting. She listened to us but also provided us with her knowledge of the market, etc. as it's very different from San Diego. We found the perfect house and she made the process from making an offer to closing painless. We highly recommend her!
