I don’t work in the ER where the patient in the first review had a less than positive experience. I’m so sorry that this was experienced but this was not me. I also have never seen this patient and do not know them.

We were told to head to the TC Thompson ER after realizing our daughter was dehydrated after battling a fever for a week. We got there and things were going great until they had to put the IV in. Our daughter freaked out, we expected that, warned the nursing staff and they called for assistance. After IV was in, she was screaming, curling up in a ball, and kicking in pain.
