I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long
Dr Black and her staff are great...very professional, same front office for years. They really do treat you like a friend and are very sincere. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They go over the treatment plan and spend time with you. I
Dr. Black accepts children but does not allow parents to be present for X-rays or cleaning. Receptionist was friendly on phone but her true colors came out when I arrived. Hygienist spent a great deal of time reinforcing their policy of no parents. Dr. Black was competent and professional and officious. She sound scripted when doing the exam. Won't go back or recommend for children or adults.
Dr. Black and her staff are AWESOME! They are very skilled/knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional and their services reasonably priced. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.
I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
