Dr. Black has an unnecessary & forceful tone towards her customers. I have rescheduled my past appointments to get 4 fillings due to the fact that her customer before me was taking longer than expected and I was notified when I walked through the door. She has no regard for other people's time or schedule. SHE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL NOR THE I rescheduled for the 3rd time, and as I wait for the doctor, I reminded her of the anxiety problem that I brought up at our last visits, in which nothing was mentioned to ... read more

My husband and I both visited in April. Dr. Black and her staff were very friendly and professional. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered - even the ones I didn't know I had! The office was very easy to locate. I will absolutely return.
