I must admit that I had decided to switch dentists! I was going to find something more convenient to my work. But I got a toothache last week and Ruth got me right in. Dr. Black has obviously made some staff changes and these people are professional, understanding, and FUN! The a Office Manager greeted me with a smile and explained everything on my treatment plan thoroughly. Dr Black is so personable and FUN! Everyone at the office was so nice and professional. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Great place, great location....can't beat it!

The dentist is ok but her staff is woefully inadequate and needs to be entirely replaced. I wish I would have read these reviews before I made my appts. They , in bad faith deposited monies when the services had not been rendered and a complaint has been filed with the insurance agency for false claims being filed against services not performed. It is a sham. I will never ever go back to this denist again.Buyer beware!!!!!
