Dr Katie and staff are extremely pleasant and easy to work with! I recommend them to anyone needing any dental work. Very friendly and reasonable. Ive always bounced around to different dental offices, now I will always just see Dr Katie.

I have had two root canals. I was in a great deal of pain prior to finding Dr. Katie. Previously, I had a series of bad experiences with other dentist and avoided seeing a dentist. Dr. Katie is outstanding in every way. Excellent dentist who is very much focused on the well being of the patient. Professional in every way, meticulous with chair side manners that makes you feel good about your procedure and looking forward to the next.

Dr. Katie is the best dentist I have ever had. She's fun, a total perfectionist, full of energy, and knows her stuff. If I ever move from the Indy area, I will schedule return visits around dental cleanings.

Dr. Katie is upbeat and professional and focused on preventative measures where possible. She and her staff seem to be up-to-date on techniques. I feel that I have received excellent dental care from her and her team. I find her prices reasonable, but did not rate them "extremely cheap". In fact, that type of rating would worry me as I believe you often "get what you pay for". I have had cleanings, fillings, sealants, and a root canal.

After shopping around and trying 3 dentists in the past year and a half, I had my 6 month dental cleaning and exam and was impressed with everything from the receptionist, the environment, hygienist, the equipment used and the time Dr. Orr spent with me. The cleaning far surpassed my prior cleaning at my previous dentist office. The equipment used was much more high tech than the other 2 offices I tried and I was thoroughly impressed with the x-rays which were more sophisticated to show cavities and tartar build-up. I've had a lot of dental work mostly consisting of fillings and a few crowns from several different dentists in the city. Dr. Orr was by far the best dentist I have been to. She spent her time with me to go over my previous work and fix problems my other dentists simply left behind. She stopped and listened intently to what I thought was my problem area then easily translated my interpretation to the root cause and fixed it. I saw Dr. Orr for replacement of a 1-surface filling. The experience was awful, from the rushed treatment to the open patient area not compliant with HIPAA. I could both hear and see all of the treatment of another patient. Her filling was so botched that I had to have a prescription filled and the tooth extracted by an oral surgeon because it was beyond repair. Today was my first visit, and it was an overall great experience (as far as dentist offices go). Their office looks more like a spa...very clean and inviting. Dr. Katie--and her staff--were extremely nice, competent and pleasant. My treatment was a success. As far as I'm concerned, she raised the bar on what a dental practice should be in Indy. Great job.

I've had a few procedures completed at this office. All of the staff was very friendly. A few days after my work was completed I had tons of pain to the areas worked on. After a few follow up procedures were completed to ease the discomfort, the pain was still present. I was very disappointed with the end result and the pain that continues to lingers on. The cost associated with the work completed was upsetting as well.
