Horrible! Please do not go here you will regret it for years. Fixing what they messed up! Expensive and you will get sales calls for years. Ugh trust me you will need to fix what they mess up elsewhere.

Possibly one of the worst dental experiences I've had, and I spent 6 years with the US Navy so I know mediocre dentists. I was not numbed for a filling hardly at all and my daughter spent an hour screaming and crying in her chair. She will also schedule you 6 months in advance and call you the day before your appointment and if you can't keep the appointment, you will have to pay a $50 cancelation fee because they require TWO days notice so I would through "shady business practices" up with this individual. Most recently, I've gotten a dental implant. I've gotten crowns, cleanings, X rays, etc, as well. For a relatively new procedure, the implant went smoothly. My cleanings are good. Everything is good. Plus they have TVs there, so I can watch Criminal Minds while getting stabbed gently in the mouth, and the staff is so professional that they don't really get distracted by that.

I would recommend Dr. Katie. I drive an hour each way just to go to her so that says a lot. She makes it as pain free as possible. All the staff are friendly and efficient.

I recently had filling done and was worried about getting the numbing shot. Dr. Katie and her associate made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. They patiently answered all my questions and were quick with the filling procedure.

Dr. Katie is my favorite dentist throughout all my years. I came to Dr. Katie after not seeing a dentist for a couple years. She referred me to a great surgeon to have my wisdom teeth removed. She also referred me to a great orthodontist for TMJ treatment. I appreciate the preventive maintenance and frequent checkups since gum disease is in my family. I feel like part of the process and understand the procedures I have had done. I trust her as I do everyone who works for her.

As a child, I lived in the dentist chair. It became a very intimidating place. I would always dread going. With finding Dr. Katie, she helped remove all of those childhood fears. She's very kind and personable. Between the two of us, it's like old home week whenever I come into the office. That's why I always I enjoy my visits. She makes me feel at home. Crown, replacement fillings, regular fillings, cleanings. I would recommend Dr. Orr as she's knowledgeable and doesn't add-on extra, unnecessary costs.

As a dental expert (I've had more work done on my teeth than Joan Rivers has had on her face) I can say with certainty that Dr Katie is the best dentist I have ever had. She cares about my health and my teeth. She is very thorough, she screens for oral cancers, teaches me how to protect my gums (she doesn't just pat me on the head and remind me to floss). My dad had gum surgery when he was younger than me. When my gums started acting up - Katie scheduled me for an extra cleaning a year, a deep cleaning and an antiobiotic tre... read more
