The manager, Mark, and the salesman, Chris, worked so hard to make our Jeep dreams come true! They worked with our budget, found the perfect vehicle, and even found a Jeep hat for our little boy (which made his entire week!). I would recommend these folks to anyone looking for a low-pressure buying experience.
Never recommend this place! They packed on that extra warranty without explaining the cost. Warranty packing and false representation are very serious things. Canceled the warranty but when my wife traded in the jeep she bought there 3 weeks later elsewhere, the warranty still hadn't been canceled! So that $2,200 rolled over in to the new loan. Called the GM and he was so snarky and talked to me like I was stupid and just wouldn't admit wrong doing nor would make it right, he put all the blame on the warranty company. Needle... read more

I will never do business with this company again. Bought a used car from there a few weeks ago, several things did not even work on the car. The first week it was in the shop twice. Although they did fix one of the issues, I was told by my salesman "that's what you get for buying a used car". I also was only given one key to the car and when I questioned him about that, I was told " you'll have to buy one". Seriously, you couldn't get me a spare key!?!? This dealership is a joke....lesson learned!
My husband and I dealt with salesman Rob there , he helped us out and we are very please with Napleton, and Rob. We love our New Vehicle. We will definitely be back for another purchase.
NEVER EVER take your vehicle here for service, we had an oil change and tire rotation done and they didn't tighten the lug nuts on our back tires and they almost fell off on the highway with my whole family in the truck....we could have all gotten killed!!!!! And I thought hearing my boyfriend's brothers story was bad when he took his truck in last week for an oil change and NEVER CHANGED THE FILTER!!!!
My kids are grown and off to college so my husband and I decided we could get back to a 'fun' vehicle. We purchased a brand new Dodge Challenger! It's awesome and the treatment we received at Napleton's was awesome too. Great deal! Very happy.
