Had an appointment with service department on 2/30/17. Ray Reale set things up for me and I must say it was the best service experience I have ever had. Everyone was super nice from the service desk to the show room. Service advisor explained everything completely and not only that they did exactly what they told me they would do. No hidden surprises or fees. Just simply honest work at a honest price. I recommend this dealership for sales and service, you will not be sorry.
Made an appointment for the following morning at 10:30 am, drove 65 miles to get to location, was told truck would be parked and ready for us. Went in on time for appointment and they had sold the truck to someone else without ANY notification to us. No phone call, nothing. We got, "I'm sorry." Called management later to explain our situation on our poor experience and the MANAGER Mark hung up on us. Customer service not good no help to fix a warranty issue with batterys
Worst service department and customer service ever! My grandfather had his 2012 Dodge worked on paid over $900 for the "fix". Not 24 hrs later, the vehicle is doing the exact same thing, they didn't fix it! Took it back, said it was something else, brought it home, STILL NOT FIXED! Took it in for a third time and they tried saying it was yet again something else (mind you they still have the $900+), argued with them that wasn't the issue (they wanted more money for "working" on it, but hadn't fixed a thing!) My husband and I went to Napelton with no intentions of buying a vehicle that evening. We got there 45minutes before closing and was so welcomed! After test driving and looking at several options, we were impressed with a 2016 Dodge Journey the manager had found on the lot for us. It had all the accessories we were looking for!
