We have been dealing with Napleton for almost 2 weeks. They had the Journey of our dreams. The only thing missing were the heated seats. We bought the suv and the heated seats were installed yesterday. Joe Zac actually had the Journey delivered to my office today and saved me a trip -- that is amazing customer service.
