Unfortunately, I would have to say that giving a review before actually receiving the vehicle was a mistake on our part. Although the day we signed papers was a good experience (with the exception of Ray) there has been a significant lack of customer service and communication regarding delivery of the vehicle. Hopefully it arrives tomorrow without further delay or inconvenience to us. It's a low note to end our experience. Drove past this dealership a countless number of times. The wife and I became a customer today. They were very friendly and accommodating in the few hrs we were there. I hate the process of buying a car and they gave me no reason to complain. Joey Zachewicz and Ray Reale were great to deal with.
Had great service from Joey Zachewicz he did a awesome job ! Only thing I can complain about is I was only given 1 key and no keyless entry witch I had read it had. � other than that I love my car had a over all good experience!
