Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes
Lady at front desk did little to verify my PPO coverge, telling me my treatment wasn't covered. I did my own research to get my questions answered. I was in fact, covered. Lady at desk told me it was I who said I wasn't covered & they don't deal w/ insurance; I'm supposed to pay upfront & deal with the PPO for reimbursement. No previous provider ever did that to me.
