Somewhat Was the office accommodating when booking an appointment? Somewhat Was the dental equipment clean? Yes Was the rinsing sink clean and did they have disposable cups and mouthwash for you to use? Yes

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind

Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Yes, I trust them Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Does this provider give unbiased advice? No. I didn't trust their motives. Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes
