I went to this place because I live around 3 miles from this lot and once a while I pass by and wondering when I could retire my beat up car and get into a newer vehicle. I was not expecting to get a brand new car due to my credit is not good and I'm sure I will not afford payments on it, bad things happened before! I was in the market for a vehicle and while surfing the web, reviews pops out. This is a huge dealership, probably the biggest in the valley. Bought a 4runner a while back without any problems and a great price too. For me it was a good experience. It would be unfair for karplus if I don't voice out. I'm back in the market and would be looking at their cars. For complainants, do your homework first or get a second opinion from a mechanic, these are pre-owned vehicles and even brand new vehicles breaks down.
I got my silvarado 2500 with karplus. A salesman named James helped me out,.. its been a couple of months and so far so good, the staff was nice, I want to go back to get a car that is more economical, like a honda or toyota, I will contact James hope he still works there, he was so nice and helpful!
I purchased a chevy HHR from them last year and when I saw the bad review I had to respond. The folks at the dealership did everything to make it a smooth transaction and even now (a year later) if I call with a question they remember me and bend over backwards to help. This is my second car that I've purchased from Karsplus and I will keep going back when in the market for a car.
