Adrian was an amazing salesman, as well as a really good conversationalist! Had a great time on the test drive and after, very cool guy.
I'm grateful to have purchased my vehicle from this dealership. I was a bit hesitant at first, but the people there and the ambiance made me feel comfortable. I didn't feel any pressure. The sales man was very detail-oriented and he addressed all my questions and concerns. The managers were pleasant to negotiate with as well. All in all, it was a nice experience. I recommend this dealership and I love my newly purchased vehicle!
just got a car from them yesterday and I promised to leave them a review. Very nice people to work with. My credit is not great but still they work it out to get me a low rate. It just took time because I have to wait for the best bank to approve it. Worth the wait. Now I don't have to take the bus. What a relief. Thanks guys for the help.

We just purchase a 2011 Dodge Ram from karplus last week and it was easy and not hard as we expected. I'm a first time buyer and was referred by a friend that have purchased 2 cars from karplus and I'm glad I did it. They make the buying process easy and less pressure on my part. This dealership has a huge inventory. My family has buying cars from them since way back. They are kind of a neighborhood thing. They take care of the family here in Pacoima. Just browsing through the web and thought about leaving a review for them as I saw them popped out of google search. as thanking them for everything they have done for our family.
My review is based on my personal experience 1 year ago and nothing to do with whatever I have read online. I just want to be fair with whoever I'm leaving the review specially with Karplus which I read the reviews after I purchased and more of the bad reviews does not make sense to me and more of a buyer's remorse or bad luck rather than service oriented reviews. I have been with Karplus for over 9 years now. I have always been treated with the upmost respect from Ken. He always listens to my needs and I am able to always find a viable solution. Ken is the only person I will deal with as he treats me like I am one of the family. I just bought a BMW X5. I have only had it a couple of days but am falling in love with my new vehicle.
