My husband and I visited the Ponce City Market location yesterday to shop for glasses. We were there for a few minutes and I even tried on a pair. At no point did the lady at the front desk speak to us. She didn't even say anything when we started walking out the door. Is this normal activity? if so, I won't be back. I tried to handle privately but you never responded. So now I am "sharing" my experience.

This place is awesome, I had my first eye exam with Christiana and she was kind and upfront even after I decided not to get any glasses. I like to weigh my options, but I'll definitely be back for a pair!
Great experience. Loved the ladies at the front desk (super nice) and the physician (Dr. Cohen) was so helpful. Glasses and Frames (high index lenses) in stock!! Whohooo! Glasses were ready in under an hour....
