Love the staff. The chairs are stained & filthy. I pay good money for clothes. The owner obviously doesn’t care about the appearance of the salon. I guess I’ll have to go somewhere else??
The nail tech spent very little time with me doing my pedicure, and the massage part was 5 min on one leg and 30 seconds on the other, really annoying... then my manicure was terrible, she knicked my cuticle and it wouldn’t stop bleeding and towards the end my thumb got messed up, and instead of redoing it she just put clear coat on it. The polish after four days is already coming off, very disappointed first time coming here. Most likely won’t return.
I'm leaving one star but quite frankly I don't believe they deserve that. They are rude and treat customers as a distraction. I have tried several times hoping to be happy with a tech and just request them for future visits but I have yet to be satisfied. I will not go back!

Tracey is an absolute gem!! I don't even need to tell her what I like....many times I just tell her to pick out my color for me...and she NEVER EVER disappoints. I would recommend to everyone...

I come to luxury spa for a pedicure and gel manicure. Ruby is the best !!! I love conning here!!!
