I walked in this afternoon and the lady was busy cashing out another client. I stepped aside and waited my turn like your supposed to do. A man and women walked in behind me and walked straight up to the counter. You should have advised them I was there first, but instead you acknowledged them and put them ahead of me. I turned and walked out! I will NEVER step foot in your business again! Also he was the dipdong that cut me off on N Fairfield before turning off to your business!!!!
Lee does my nails but this establishment is awesome. They have great nail techs and it's a very clean friendly environment. Lee is one of the best and I'm always satisfied
I’ve given this salon a few chances- every time I’m disappointed. The gel manicures peel off super quick, no matter who does it. I went in to have my nails done last week because I was in the area, and after an hour and a half I was fed up. Never have my nails taken so long to be done. I repeatedly asked the tech to just make them the same length and their response was always “yes I will”.. however every single nail still ended up different.
