Love this place and I love my tech Ruby every visit with her is a great one
I had Lisa on Friday for a gel manicure and she did great! I asked for a design and showed her a picture with the colors I picked out. She then recommended a different sparkle color that I picked and it looked great! First time coming here and it's now going to be the place I always go!
Not badly priced, my nails looked alright, I was rushed and was treated differently than a guest next to me who was getting the same service. They offered them a drink, explained the chair, made sure she was comfortable before even starting the service. I took my young daughter, she barely got any Polish on her nails. If I'm spending the time AND the money, I want consistent AND complete service. They completed their work I paid and they left. Best gel manicure ever! Staff was super thorough and my french manicure is flawless. I will be back again. The shop is very clean and has great ambience. My nails are beautiful!
Took my lady and my sister to get their nails done last Sunday on mothers day at Luxury NAIL SPA and six days later her nails are all broken off??? I will never spend another dollar of my money with them, her nails are so thin they started breaking two days after they were done...smh #DontWasteYourMoneyHere
We go there often and have had no problems always so clean friendly. We usually have the same nail techs and the owners always greet you
Today I went there and I had Julie as my nail tech. She was so rude to me the entire time and she rushed my nails and didn't let the gel even dry the full 45 seconds each time under the dryer... I don't know if I'll ever go back because the nail salon is 1. Overpriced and 2. The staff isn't friendly. I'll spend my money and time elsewhere!
